General Cancellation Policy
- Course and Workshop Cancellations:
- Refunds: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in any of our paid AI courses or workshops, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Request Process: To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to our support team at info@chasingmedia.in. Please include your order details (course name, date of purchase, etc.) in the request.
- Subscription Service Cancellations:
- Monthly Subscriptions: If you are subscribed to any monthly services (e.g., access to premium content, AI tools, or exclusive webinars), you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days. If you wish to cancel within the 14-day period, a full refund will be provided. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but you will still have access to the service for the remainder of the year.
- AI Career Coaching and Consultation Services:
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching session or consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee.
- No-show Policy: If you miss a session without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided, and the session will be marked as complete.
How to Cancel:
- Contact Us: For all cancellations, please contact our support team via email at info@chasingmedia.in. Be sure to include relevant information, such as your order or subscription details, to expedite the process.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days following your cancellation request. If you made your purchase via credit card or PayPal, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Any digital products (eBooks, downloadable resources, etc.) that have already been accessed or downloaded are non-refundable.
- Once you have accessed course materials or attended any live sessions, the purchase will be considered final.
Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
Chasing Media reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.
